Dropped off car but had no way to get back to harbor air with all my heavy bags as Taxi service not available due to staff shortages. Didn’t find that out till we arrived to prime rentals so we had to quickly walk with all our luggage to catch our flight on time. Arrived sweaty. Lady at harbor air said that you can often just drop the rental car at harbour air. Wish we were told that when we picked up the car. Rental car itself was fine.
I’m incredibly grateful to Prime Car Rental for coming through for us when our car broke down. Raj, the owner, was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the entire process. His support made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I wholeheartedly recommend this car rental service, truly deserving of a big thumbs up. Thank you so much!
