Excellent experience with Ruel. I was dealing with a repetitive strain injury through a WCB claim, and the entire process was seamless because of how amazing this clinic is. They are incredibly knowledgeable and well-educated in handling WCB procedures, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Love this place! Riuel, the physiotherapist is very professional, he focused first on my bad knees and 2 weeks after he focused on my plantar fasciitis, this is the best place for this foot condition.. and that was not the end of it, Ruel gave me some exercise tips printed out and demonstrated which I ‘m constantly doing it at home and that mede me feel better The massage therapist, Michelle, who is genuinely talented on giving pressure to my affected body areas really helped on healing process. I had a great experience with Prime Physio, after my accident, Kuya Ruel and Michelle were very helpful throughout my recovery. They really took care of my neck and lower back pain and made me feel comfortable during every session, the neck equipment, including neck tension machine was nice and updated. Their kindness, support and professionalism helped me recover better and back on track, all the staff were very helpful and professional Highly recommended!
I cannot recommend Ruel and the team highly enough! I’ve been dealing with excruciating low back pain for years, and after just one session yesterday, today is the first day I’ve been pain-free in a very long time. The treatment was absolutely amazing. I am genuinely mind-blown by the results and so incredibly grateful for their expertise.
