They used to be so fast and friendly. So slow now. 2.5 hrs to take a piss test is crazy....
The wait time at this place is DAMN RIDICULOUS! I came to this place at 1pm And wasn’t seen until 2:46pm. Almost 2 damn hours . I had to miss work because of this bullshit . There’s no wait the office manager is not pushing her team push people on and out of this place DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! Sad

Terrible experience. I was given a 7:30am appointment time for fasting lab work. Only the receptionist is there at 7:30. The staff doesn’t get in until 8:00. And when I inquired about the wait at 8:15, they still had not arrived yet. At this point there were 6 people on the first come first serve waiting area. By 9am only two people were served before they called me. The tech could not get a good bring in my left arm.
