I have visited this establishment for the third time more recently. Each time the wait time is next to none and customer service is usually pretty awesome. On this visit I had to do a hair test. The lady that performed the hair test took 2 CHUNKS out of my hair because she was rushed and didn't give me time. She should not be allowed to hair samples on anyone. I am very angry and will not be returning to this site.
Kassie from Reserve went above and beyond as she has always for several years. What would this facility be without her?
Worst customer service ever and every time. I count at least 8 people working and only 1 person goes back for a drug sceen about every 30 minutes.
Go somewhere else if you can. The reviews are real. 3 hours for a random urine screen. Only 4 people in front of me for the same thing. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to have someone pee in a cup.
Slow staff and not enough workers.
