The supervisor, Casey, should stay in her office, and let someone else handle the front desk. A lab sample was sent off for testing, when it was clearly stated on the orders, that it only needed to be faxed out. We were charged for their mistake, and when confronted about the situation, became very defensive and rude! I’m astounded at the lack of professionalism. The office is completely clueless. They fraudulently double charged me for unnecessary testing, lied that I said it was needed and refused to refund my card after saying they would. Customer service doesn’t exist. It took 5 days and multiple calls by me and the court magistrate to have my results simply faxed over. Over 5 days and no return call from a supervisor and after being told I would be refunded for the idiots in the offices’ mistake never was. I’ll be disputing the charges with my bank and filing a complaint with th... read more
