Prior to enrolling with Prime Movement, I had been to multiple physical therapists for my chronic shoulder injury, and each time my progress would plateau. After starting with Prime Movement, I found that Trevor's mix of traditional physical therapy and strength training has been the most useful for improving my shoulder! He also had been attentive to customize the exercise plan to best fit my lifestyle. Highly recommend Trevor!

Trevor is an excellent physical therapist who really pays attention to his patient’s unique needs!
Trevor provided me with a number of sets of exercises that he developed to help me strengthen my left leg following a total knee replacement. I had a few months of physical therapy elsewhere, but that was more for flexibility than strength. Having Trevor as a personal trainer was a valuable experience.
I can't say enough good things about Trevor! After struggling with persistent hip pain that was affecting my daily activities and workouts, I sought reached out to him. Trevor helped me figure out what I was doing to cause the pain - and then took the time to teach me proper lifting form and technique.
