The Crawfordville location had just converted so the employees were still learning the new system. It was a little slow as they made their way through it but otherwise a good experience.
As a local owner of 3 businesses and 2 not for profits, we need our funds for operation, the bank supervisor refused to allow us to receive cash back from a very reputable businesses' check we deposited, after checks from this company had always cleared, but because we were needing more back than was already in the account, we were refused early access to these funds, so we will be moving to another bank as soon as any and all checks clear and can empty the accounts. MMA with 3.25 rate. Great personnel. Florida is not my favorite place but this bank is exceptional. One of the few bright spots down here.
