HORRIBLE!!! This company is a joke, can't get ahold of anyone when you have issues or if you need a lumper or detention. They lie about the weight of the freight and delivery times just so you take the load. Stay clear of this place, brokers like this need to be out of business

awful straight up! these guys don't how to operate and communicate with carriers especially broker name Tom Cloen, he doesn't know how to talk to people. First says that freight is not his problem and then uses f word and abuses carriers. Dispatchers be aware before booking any load from them
