I've been a Prime IV member for the past two years. I always feel welcome when I go. The staff is very nice and accommodating to make my experience there pleasant. I love the atmosphere, the relaxing massage chairs, the cleanliness and the professionalism provided. I'm very happy to be a Prime IV member.
Always great at Prime IV
I loved the relaxing spa atmosphere vs a clinic feel. The staff were attentive and made it a wonderful experience. I’m hooked!
Wonderful experience and very nice nurse. I would have given a 5 star, but the front desk girl was rude and played that fake nice which I find ugly and disgusting.
