Such a great experience today at Prime IV- Fort Lauderdale. Amanda at the front was very pleasant and personable. Nurse Ray was gentle and informative. I can't wait to come back for more!
The rudest phone call ever! I was looking into this location and had a Tatiana call me and left me a voicemail so I called back and didn’t recognize where she was calling from and right off the bat, the conversation was extremely rude and unprofessional from her end. Just that right there makes you not want to visit this business when this is the face that represents it.

The nurse was very nice and the treatment was any other normal IV treatment. I was prepared to get a package but when checking my bank statement I was way OVER CHARGED!! What is was quoted and what i was charged are 2 different things. I never went back or plan to go back. That was sneaky
