Zero stars. They scammed me. I transferred the money but received no response. Now, they are asking for more money, claiming it’s for refundable insurance, and directing me to contact the courier company. They want me to reach out to the courier. I already paid the courier fees, as shown on their receipt. I want my money back.
Unfortunately you have to leave at least one star. One of their super rookies tore my mirror off and bashed my door in so much that it rains inside my truck and my window won’t roll down. Thankfully I’ll get to post a picture of the driver soon. In the meantime if you see a truck with PRIME INC on it do not let the creep try to back into a spot beside you because they were trained by PRIME and they will crash your truck.
