Sergio and Ella from Prime Home Loans were absolutely amazing to work with. They made the stressful processes A LOT less stressful. They were always available to answer my questions and provide all the information I needed. I will absolutely be coming back to them when for my next home purchase/refinance. Update: as you see he responded. The messages were never returned along with emails. I understand you’re helping your community in Watsonville but this house is open to all of qualifying Santa Cruz county residents. It also seems to be a first come first serve basis which isn’t fair if calls and emails are not being returned.
