I contacted Chad Yoder with this company for a lease purchase. A few things they need to improve on. First of all he gave me the combination to access the keys to the property with out accompanying in the property. As being a previous realtor that is defiantly something I would not want my agent working for myself to do. Anybody could of went in that property anytime!
