Prime Garden is staffed by professionals who genuinely care for their residents. They are knowledgeable and patient. They keep family members informed. The staff pay attention to residents' preferences. For example, they remember how my mum likes her coffee, what her favourite fruit is and how she likes her eggs in the morning.
