Because of Prime Communications and "Dom" over in Rice Lake, WI - we have decided to quit AT&T Wireless after 14 long years. Too many screw ups, misquotes, back-talk, and attitude there.
They don't answer there phone and don't call you back When you leave a review there right there to say we will take care of it so it looks good on the review section but can't return calls or emails it's been 7 days not once have they answered there phone or tried to contact me Real professional company Let's see how much money we can con people out of before we get sued again They have a bbb rating of F didn't even know a company could be that bad
Thanks, Prime Communications, for screwing over the people who still use CASH to pay a bill. I was told that the next time I pay my cell or internet bill in cash for A T & T, I’ll be charged five dollars per bill — just because I’m not using a debit card or some digital payment method.
