This company calls me multiple times a day despite me being on the *** registry. On the phone, the employees refused to give me the name of their company until I was three people deep. It took me 30 minutes just to get to a person who would reveal the company name. They are obnoxious, and I would never do business with them. EVER.

Prime Choice made empty promises and jerked me around for weeks before declaring that the rate originally offered was not available. Finally, the rate offered was was the rate I already had. Of course, I went elsewhere and found the rate I'd expected. Meanwhile, I keep receiving mail solicitations offering the rate that was suddenly unavailable. Tell the truth, Prime Choice. Potential borrowers: Go elsewhere.

I am posting this after receiving an email from Michelle P*** of Prime Choice Funding asking for my review. When I clicked the provided link this is where it took me. I did a VA IRRRL streamlined refinance with these guys in 2019. Things went okay. When the rates dropped in 2020 they reached back out to me to see if I wanted to do another refi. I asked them for a quote and when I said okay the guy I was working with (on both refi's), Aaron Bailey, said my tri-merge score needed to be a few points higher to get the rate he ha... read more

Our story: We began with Choice Lending about four months ago. We filed our initial papers and began a refi of our house to take advantage of lower interest and obtain a 30 year loan. Laura R**** and Gary M***** kept adding hurdles and required new documents many many times. The long and the short, four months later they inform us no refi because my law office income had declined. We looked at several refi companies to refinance our home to a lower interest rate. This company found on television, promised lowered rates at a quick turnaround and they did the opposite. Kept asking for more and more information, to the point that we had to resubmit almost everything again because they did not see we had sent them document in the past.
