Decent selection. Ok prices. Hit or miss customer service. Id gone in here to pick up some flower. Budtender asks what im looking for . I said to her "OG Shark". Both stores are good the one in Kelowna gives me a 10% discount and some times in west Kelowna they will give me a discount
They were out of my regular CBD pre rolls but explained to me that they hadn't been available to order - and because they knew I come every week they brought in a very similar product for me and took my phone number for when my regular stuff comes back into stock on the government website! If you want above and beyond service head to Prime Cannabis in Kelowna - they are so friendly and will make sure you leave happy!
They have a price BEAT option! Forget the price match, they'll beat another stores price if you can show them the price :) Arya and Donovan are new but they helped me find exactly what I needed and even called their manager to confirm the price beat option! 10/10 would recommend
