You people should switch to a much better portal. Cannot get no one on the phone, and emails takes days to get a response. Signed up and now it has been over 2 months and we still cannot get through the portal. Prime not bad but you affiliated with this Incite company that’s not doing a very good job to help customers. Paid over $3500 for a portal that don’t work. Please refund our company our money back ASAP.
Worked with them for a few years and everything was mediocre; having its chalkenges, until this past year when I received a letter from the IRS stating that I didn't provide documentation for something that I had provided Ryan Cason and his team with. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR TAXES! They will charge you every month for services they don't render. There may be a class action lawsuit noting others' experiences with their tax preparation services. MY 2022 TAXES WERE NOT FILED ON TIME OR AT ALL! And when I reached out regarding the issue, RYAN said the IRS was closed so they couldn't tell me what was going on. They switched my tax account from PB Pros to Incite Tax (the 3rd outsourced CPA "firm" they have switched me to over the course of 2 years) who said they would look into ... read more
They are super late. Paid them thousands last year and my taxes are still not filed. Plus they dissolved their company so I feel I have been scammed :(
