I bought a Groupon deal and set up a massage immediately. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. The receptionist asked me if I wanted any upgrades and gave me a list of choices and asked what aromatherapy scent I wanted. I chose the floral one and it smelled nice. I declined any extra services. Amber was my therapist and she was absolutely AMAZING! As a massage therapist myself, it IS VERY hard to find someone who is up to my standards. My husband got me a massage at this place for 10/01/2021 with Marissa at 9:30am. We get there 10 minutes early like it describes, when I go to open the door, it's locked. I try calling the number but can only leave a voicemail. I email the email on the door saying I'm here, no reply. I look up the place online and it says they don't even open until 10am! Why on your website would you post a 9:30am appt if your office doesn't open until 10am?! So we wait until 10:05am and nobody has even showed up to the office, no lights on,... read more
