No peptides ever received, rude and snooty responses from staff. Currently can’t get medication due to provider taking 16 days to review mandatory bloodwork. This place is a joke
I have had a very similar experience as a lot of these people on here. I signed up on a promotion and still have yet to receive any of those peptides. I don’t get responses or any type of communication from them.
Never sign up with this company. Everything has been a let-down and the low-tier service is something that'll just give you more of a headache than some peace of mind. My partner signed up for their peptide program and delays in shipping, replies from the staff, and overall update of where her package is was atrocious. Their whole service is a mess. Stay away.
Was with primebody for some time about 3 years ago and everything was great. In fact I was getting orders ahead of schedule and had plenty in reserve incase I ever ran out. The first time I canceled was because I had so much product left I didn't care to continue getting billed for it. Signed back up recently on a promotion they were running and have been thoroughly disappointed. It takes a week at least to get a response from anyone. My experience with Primebody has been amazing. The doctor consult kept me well informed with my hormone levels and explained what was being prescribed. They keep tabs on when I need to redo my blood work and keep the guess work out it unlike other TRT companies. I recently got back with primebody due to their special as they were running. I’ve got my bloodwork back and the provider review. I’ve been waiting for a refill on my prescription but have not heard back despite reaching out multiple times.
