First of all I want to express that the pharmacy the HRT comes from is amazing! Fast shipping and always very well packaged. I started with PrimeBody a few years ago and then due to a change in my life I had to cancel. I signed back up in 2025 when they were running a 99/mo special that was to include 2 free peptides for 6 months. Looks like something changed in the past year because my 1star review is stacked on top of many others. I'm on my 3rd attempt to cancel since August. This is November and I keep getting charged. They're not sending product either. My trainer who was referring them stopped referring them because its bad business. When I sign in it actually says my account is INACTIVE, but they keep charging. I'll give 3 stars simply off the fact a few years ago I utilized their TRT program and it was nothing but great! Prescriptions refilled ahead of schedule, never ran out, communication with staff was always responded to quickly and any problems were immediately handled. I recently signed back up earlier this year, and it's been pretty bad to be honest. No peptides ever received, rude and snooty responses from staff. Currently can’t get medication due to provider taking 16 days to review mandatory bloodwork. This place is a joke
I have had a very similar experience as a lot of these people on here. I signed up on a promotion and still have yet to receive any of those peptides. I don’t get responses or any type of communication from them.
