Recently called for general information about my tax situation. As with many people taxes can be intimidating, I was able to speak with someone who even with the limited amount of advice they can give, directed me with the best “next steps”. No pressure for office visit or form of payment. If and when I do need services down the road I will definitely return here and I recommend calling of you need help yourself!
