Our loan officer went above and beyond to get us in our beautiful home. She helped us with our appraisal and with our survey when we weren't getting a response in a timely manner. She was very kind and patient with us because were new to buying a home. She also completed everything very quickly. Keisha Rogers and her team were extremely professional, courteous and made every step of the way stress free. Communication is something this world has a hard time with but not them. She communicated every step of the way and well after our home purchase. She was not just a lender she has been more like a personal financial advisor. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the absolute WORST mortgage company!!!! The worst! First they make you jump through hoops of fire to get the loan, then they won't take their payments on time. My credit is absolutely destroyed because they never take their payments on time! We have had to threaten with legal action several times for them to fix our account and take the payments in a timely manner!
