Keisha Rogers and her team were extremely professional, courteous and made every step of the way stress free. Communication is something this world has a hard time with but not them. She communicated every step of the way and well after our home purchase. She was not just a lender she has been more like a personal financial advisor. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the absolute WORST mortgage company!!!! The worst! First they make you jump through hoops of fire to get the loan, then they won't take their payments on time. My credit is absolutely destroyed because they never take their payments on time! We have had to threaten with legal action several times for them to fix our account and take the payments in a timely manner! Matt hunter was not very knowledgeable. I felt like he definitely just saw us as "easy targets" and thought he could lure us with 3 mortgages. We spoke to someone else and they told us that it was all wrong. Glad we didn't go with this place or at least with Matt hunter. He didn't care to shake hands either which I found very rude and unappealing.
If you ever need customer service it’s a nightmare.
