Shady place, selling broken stuff. Super sketchy manager Doug lies. Can’t return, only “exchange” for something vastly more expensive. Seems like a bait and switch. Was told all the stuff was going in storage for renovations but actually it went to auction at Penner auctions. Got ripped off and won’t be back and suggest you don’t waste your time.

Purchased an LG oven which they said had tier 1 “issues”. Salesman said the box had been damaged. Tried to register the oven with LG. Found that the serial number was smudged and LG confirmed the oven was refurbished, therefore no warranty. Conveniently, when I try to go to the store to rectify this situation they are “temporarily closed”. I am hoping they will do what’s right to help me (if they reopen) but I’m not holding my breath. Very frustrated.
This place is a scam. They sell defective products that come from a big box store that do not have manufacturers warranty which are advertised as “new in box” and final sale. I bought an umbrella that was defective and was completely useless so contacted them 5 different times to have them make it right. Each time I spoke with someone who promised that the service department or a manager would get back to me. That was several weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a response.
