The front desk ladies look like don’t know what they are doing. Their customer service toward me are not professional. I am very disappointed from this Baylor St. Luke’s group.
For years, I was a patient here, but after my PCP moved, my care was completely disregarded. They wouldn't refill my medications (heart med, antidepressant, anti-anxiety, gi med and allergy med) and, only a nurse was available to replace my doctor and even then, the soonest appointment was 2 months away. Abrupt cessation of my antidepressant, anti-anxiety and heart med was horrible.
