Professional and competent—staff and doctors.
Horrible. The woman who answered the phone was so rude, so unfriendly, no compassion. I’ve been sick for a week, unfortunately dealing with a sinus infection after having the flu. I’m an established patient here mind you. I asked her at the beginning of the call and throughout the call “Do you have any availability today” she kept not answering my question. Horrible experience! Made an appointment for my daughter, it was reschedule due to the doctor not being in that day, things happen...I understand, we set another date, only to get a call with the same excuse a few days before the appointment. Why would I reschedule only to have it cancelled a few days before? Horrible service.
