My granddaughter and I were shopping in Primark and they constantly followed us and even had security watching us while we shopped. Then when time to checkout, the store manager assisted us to the self-checkout area. After completing and paying for all our items, a woman wad standing at the scan release area to exit the checkout area and made a very derogatory statement that she was standing there because she needs to make sure we scanned all our items! Last time I was here Christmas shopping white sales associate literally stood in my face watching me scan items. All black people don’t steal. I haven’t been back.
I loved my shopping experience. I also had an exchange and it was smooth, no receipt but I was able to do the exchange with no problems. 5stars from me!
