Part four weeks ago over a month I have not received. I can never get into contact with anyone there. It’s like they only have one person working or I don’t know. They never answer the phone. I can’t track my tracking order. It’s insane. I don’t know what’s going on. I really need this part. I’m getting my butt chewed out by my customers cause it’s over a month gonna get points for health inspection.
I have tried to get someone to call me back about a order I sent back it was over 700.00 dollars and now they want to keep my money and products.I wouldn’t do any business with them . I have emailed a lady and asked her to call me and she won’t do it ,
Product was not as advertised on their web site. Tried for over a month to get in touch with someone from the company with no luck. Bottom line, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
My experience was excellent. Ordered a stainless steel shelf for the best price I could find anywhere, it shipped free and I received it in perfect condition in days. Looks great and quite happy.
I don't believe in wrting negative reviews until I contact the company and give them a chance to make things right. This review is for the service I have received from Prima Supply not the True reach in which is working fine. The reach was delivered and the box was examined for damage and none was found. Not a scratch, dent of tear on the exterior of the packaging. I signed off on the delivery and went back to work.
