Prima makes some very nice products and it's great to shop Canadian. I was a bit disappointed with the customer service though. I ordered several vent registers that came with matching screws. Unfortunately, 1 set didn't have the screws in the box. I contacted them for support and the solution given was to paint some drywall screws with a marker. Other than that, the vents look and function great installed. They were a much nicer looking alternative to other wall/ceiling vent registers I could find.
I recently purchased door handles / knobs and other hardware from Prima Decorative Hardware, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and selection of products. The door knobs I chose are not only beautiful but also durable and functional. The attention to detail in the design and craftsmanship is evident, and I appreciate the variety of styles and finishes available.
