We’ve been waiting for approximately seven months to get our taxes filed, all due to a single question — one that I’ve called about every month, often multiple times. Each time, I’m told the issue has been forwarded to Eric and that we’re waiting on his response. I genuinely don’t understand why a straightforward answer is still unavailable after all this time. At this point, I’m at a loss for what to do. We just want to get our taxes paid and move on.
