En la madrugada de ayer estuve en el lugar me abrieron la puerta para tomar mi código de mudflap y poder habilitar pero les pedí pasar al baño y me dijeron que no porque la tienda estaba cerrada ya muerta de cansancio y sueño queria descansar en el lugar ya que dice que es una parada para camiones y en el momento llego una empleada en muy mal tono que no podía parquear alli que tenia que irme . NOT a truck stop--as someone else said. My issue is the bathrooms being closed. (And 8:00?! Ridiculous!) But I see from other comments they also don't allow drivers to sleep? A Springfield regulation?? They'd rather drivers have accidents?! I think this explains why the Hartford Pride truck stop is always so stuffed full of trucks.
This is is a fuel stop not a truck stop only 2 hours then you have to leave if a driver parked on this lot they will be asked to move after 2 hours no showers not trucker friendly at all thanks to the city of Springfield MASSACHUSETTS and their rules

Staff no treat well also not allow use restroom bad experience
