They are the worst company, they sent me the wrong affidavit, (a different customer) we're completely arrogant gaslighting me on my messaging o through email and by phone . I never did get a sworn Affidavit of service by them and they stated several times it was in the mail.
2017 I called needing papers to be served and they were served the same day. Was able to communicate with them via text and telephone. 2nd time had to use them 2021 Only wanted to talk via text and wanted to tried to charge me extra after only trying once to serve the person. Was rude on subsequent texts.
We were extremely pleased with the service we were given by Majestic Processors. Called on a Friday night around 10 looking to have papers served before Monday to get to the courts on Tuesday and they came through!! The young lady we worked with was kind ,professional and patient with us as we have never had to do this before. I will highly recommend them to anyone
