The building is nice, as are some of the tenants. LL continuously lies in making offers they refuse to deliver. This is in one of the two most dangerous blocks of Seattle. The LL does nothing. The sixth manager will be named soon, but they are never there. LL refuses to remove a FEW problem tenants because they are worried about vacancies. LL prevents tenants from communicating. Affordable housing for 55+
I saw the property even tho the person I had an appointment with was absent and never apologized. It’s great and I’d love to move in, but they will not respond to my requests to submit an application. It’s so weird. I’ve called, left voice messages, and sent emails. I won’t name names. They will not respond. That said, as a life-long renter I’m not concerned about the leasing office being indicative of how the operation works and I still want to move in. But why they won’t do the common courtesy of responding is beyond me.
