The app this company has is nothing but a joke.
When Robert B. Sold the stores a few years ago the quality, and cleanliness of Pride stores has gone down hill.
Called about a new backpack policy they implemented in stores. According to said policy backpacks must be left in the front of the store. A note that when you leave your backpack it is not the cashiers responsibility to watch the bag nor make sure customers are taking the correct bag. Imagine walking into a gas station with your bag full of valuables like your wallet, your laptop, a small gaming console even your medication. The receptionist was awesome. Offices are nice and clean
The staff at the Southwick pride went above and beyond with their customer service for me today. Very impressed. From the manager on down to the people behind the counter. Very very helpful very courteous. I appreciate everything that they did to accommodate my needs!!!
