I had a very disappointing experience at this furniture store. The staff seemed uninterested and barely offered any help when I asked about different products. The delivery was delayed much longer than promised, and when the furniture finally arrived, it was in poor condition and had smelled so bad! For the price I paid, I expected far better quality and service. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable furniture.
This place is filthy. Would not recommend at all. Worst customer service ever experienced in Australia and would not recommend this place even to my enemies. Stay away from here and save yourself.
I want my money back! You have not responded to my messages ever since I sent you the image of the broken shelf that you guys sent me. I should have called you and complained and not messaged you. PICK UP MY CALLS!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Girl told me place only just opened yet reviews saying been open for months. Called prior to going told I could come look anytime that day, arrived to be asked to come back in afternoon as they had no staff. Really upset I driven 35 minutes to get there & called before. Warehouse guy ended up showing me after waiting half hour. Then next day went to pick up no staff again no equipment to lift the boxes and couldn’t lift them on my own.
