I’ve been going to this pharmacy for many years as it is my local one so most convenient for cosmetics and meds to get rid of a cold! However lately, probably for around 6-12 months, I have noticed that the environment has been very toxic specifically some of the new employees. The young pharmacy assistant Bella provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt confident with my purchase. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. A real asset to the pharmacy.
Momen was amazing. The vaccination did not hurt at all. Definitely coming back next year
I don't tend to leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but the pharmacy staff here are genuinely some the rudest people I've ever met.
Very friendly service and extremely helpful pharmacist Momen. Helped me access a script online on a public holiday and took the time to answer questions that I had.
