I'm very disgusted at the way some of the staff talk to the customer. We used priceline for 8yrs but no more. Everytime we needed medication it was not avalable and now my husband was spoken to very rudely again. So goodbye Priceline.
All of the staff, are so friendly and welcoming! Nothing is too much trouble! Special mention for Ella, and Pam, outstanding customer service!!
Hi. Just a suggestion, i noticed when reading all the reviews, that whereas you replied to the 5 star ones, and only a couple of the 1 star ones, but the long storys from people talking about the Bad behaviour from the young Manageress, well their was no replys to them ??. Why was that, is she a daughter of an owner or similar as she offended a few people, and it would have served your Company well,cto see you approached the stuation properly, and maybe fired her or gave the people who wrote in about her, an explanation ??? ... read more
Manager always gives me major discounts on full price items. Becoming the cheapest pharmacy to shop in. Very good
