I had a good experience with my rental. My Jeep was being worked on at CDJR in New Hartford so they called me an Uber to Priceless and I was on my way within minutes. Returning the car was cut and dry fill it back up with gas and bring it back and I was on my way minutes after. They even brought me back to the dealership to get my Jeep. I haven't ever had service like that before.
Excellent staff. Very courteous and thoroughly explained the details of renting a car. They did not push the sale in hopes of hitting you with gotcha fees like other rental places. I will definitely rent from them again with confidence.
I had to take a one day business trip down to Boston. direction. He gives me a 300 mile radius. It’s 218 miles from Utica to Boston I told them that wouldn’t be enough miles there and back. I even gave him the Exact mileage of the distance I was traveling, which was 180 miles Worcester mass and back they charge $.35 per mile for a small suv I driven 464 total miles
