Allison was very helpful and kind during the planning process. She was also very patient when arriving on the wedding day to set up as some other vendors were late and she had to wait on them. 2 stars because I was disappointed with the overall look. We discussed color and the way it would be set up ahead of time. While I was confused about color the day of the wedding, the color did look great after set up. No complaints about that.
