The lady working the front desk definitely needed a mask and a attitude adjustment. I could say more. But beware, customer service doesn't exist here.

I wouldn't give a star at all, but I had to write a statement. The person I spoke with over the phone was very abrupt and dismissive. He never let me finish with my questions before he flat out told me that he couldn't help me because I rented a one room living space. Saved me time though by not going to the site and dealing with this jerk in person 🤗
