I have a confirmed car rental agreement in writing and on arriving after a long wait for the shuttle number to be answered I was told they “ don’t have a car for me “. This is unacceptable. Do not use this company.
Very unprofessional, biased towards third party reservation clients, argumentative and rude. I highly recommend Priceline to find different vendor for their clients as they give deteriorated and down grade car models to third party clients
