However, their check-out and check-in processes need serious improvement. Expect delays, as it can take up to 1–1.5 hours before you actually get on the road, and sometimes the cars are not fueled up. Despite these hiccups, the rental rate still makes it a good deal overall. Shout out to Zee for staying calm and professional while handling a tense situation.
I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. The waiting time was extremely long, we had to stand in line for quite a while just to get served. After that, we were told to wait even longer because they didn’t have any cars ready. We had to wait for another customer to return their vehicle, then wait again while they cleaned it, and once more for all the paperwork to be processed. Gabriel was an amazing guy who explained everything about the rentals terms. He was very helpful and would certainly recommend to deal with him at west coast.
