When we arrived Hasting Marriott to pick up the vehicle, the staff R insisted that we purchase additional insurance, which we had never been required to do before with previous rentals. He purposely causing significant inconvenience to force us. Although we eventually agreed to pay the insurance fee in order to continue with the rental, Priceless Car Rental still decided to cancel our reservation and refused to provide the vehicle. Waited one hour to pick up the car. Everyone seems to be disputing (not a good sign). I’m dreading to have to go through the return process. Would not recommend this place unless you don’t have a choice.
Everything was just smooth! From airport pick up, car rental, and airport drop off. Highly recommended!
The greatest and most budget friendly car renal I’ve ever experienced. Service was quick, efficient with friendly staff. The car was a brand new, low mileage with unlimited mileage, nice in fuel and ride and surprisingly good in value. Free shuttle to and from the company to airport.
Super good company to rent a car with during a super busy week. Price is lower than the other places and the shuttle service was great!
