This is a strange rental agency. I should start off by saying they don't accept your liability insurance and credit card damage protection together, which isn't consistent with any other rental agency I've used. You will most likely be forced into buying their insurance. This business practice is the biggest reason I'm removing stars because it's a textbook bait-and-switch through obscure policies. No idea why people have left negative reviews. These guys are beyond friendly, professional, and accommodating. Tiny mishap was resolved within literal seconds. Super easy and quick pickup from the airport. Car is new, well maintained and clean. Would 100% recommend!
