I’m really surprised by the reviews. Honestly we just finished up. We rented a jeep but they didn’t have that cause the guy before was running late so they were kind enough to give us a pick up truck. The shuttle was really nice. We dropped the car off and they took us to the airport in the same vehicle we had rented which I thought was very nice since we didn’t have to move the bags. The guys at this place made renting a car so convenient! They picked us up at the airport and we didn’t have to wait in any lines and then drove us back after drop off. They were kind and communicated well. 100% recommend for a convenient travel rental experience.

1. Located outside the airport. 2. No marked shuttle bus or car, so I waited for well over 1.5 hours for pick-up and ended up taking a $25 taxi for 10 minutes to get to their office. 3. Attempted to charge me double the rental price for mandatory insurance claiming that I there was no way I was covered by my credit card (which I am and have been using for well over a decade). 4. The location is hard to find. 5. Expedia refused to refund me the $500 rental charge. Use at your own risk. You have been warned.

Please don't waste your time or money. We rented a car for five days. As soon as my Mother entered the car she noticed that two lights were on including the tire pressure light. They assured her that it was safe to drive. Today before leaving work someone informed her that her tire was completely flat. This has been the worst rental experience. She was still charged full price.
