FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! Please stay away by any-mean. I rented a car with these people and let’s just say I spend $400 for a dirty raggedy car. They “held” $200 for holding fee just to charge my card “$223”. Where did the additional $23 come from. The money was never put back on my card after I dropped the rental off a month ago, now they can answer my questions. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Don’t do it!!!
El peor de los peores lugares para alquilar un vehiculo. Empezando por el servicios al cliente totalmente un desaste, un agente te da el servicio por video llamada, las millas son limitada en Florida a 50 millas por dia, si no escoge el servicio de peajes de ellos y Pasa por un peaje te cobras $25 Dolores por dia. Mi peor experiencia en un car rental. No se lo recomiendo a nadie....!
Avoid this place at all costs. When I arrived with my grandfather they claimed to not have any cars even though I had a reservation. They then refused to refund me my money. Scam central. You know if you google this address and 8 different rental car companies pop up-it's definitely the sketchiest, scummiest, scam. Pay the extra $$$ to rent from a legit car rental company at the airport, because these people will simply just steal your money and you'll end up having to fork out $$$ to the legit companies any way.
Fourth time renting from this company and keep coming back. Gotta read the fine print and come prepared with your car insurance’s declarations page. Do that, and this is the easiest and cheapest car rental place.
Sunprice car rental in Orlando Florida is costly they will hold 500 or 1000 deposits also if you don't have 300,000 liability on your car insurance policy you have to use there car rental insurance which is 48 dollars a day. They will ask to see your car insurance policy to confirm. I paid 586 for a week that a lot. Also after two weeks of the car rental return this company took 92.00 dollars out my account with out my authority.
