When we arrived to pick up the vehicle at Hastings Marriott, the staff R insisted that we purchase additional insurance, which we had never been required to do before. Although we agreed to pay the insurance fee, Priceless Car Rental still cancelled our reservation and refused to provide the vehicle. We believe this handling was unreasonable and unprofessional.
