I rented with Priceless Car Rental and the experience was AMAZING! From the moment I landed I received a text with instructions on what to do and how to retrieve my vehicle. Unlike the larger rental car companies, communication was SPECTACULAR and I was able to speak with a live human to answer questions when needed, and they helped me extend my rental car as needed. Any time I come to NOLA I will be renting with Nifty/Priceless.

I paid for an upgrade and was give a loaner car that had been wrecked. But ok. It is what it is. But I returned the car on June 1st 2026 and still haven't received my deposit back. When I called the woman was very rude and shouldn't be working with the public,especially who come and visit. I was told I would be contacted back and now it's been a week since that phone call. Definitely don't recommend renting from this buisness.

My family traveled to Nola for the first time. We are a family of 5 and needed a rental car, when we arrived at priceless rental, Emile and Nicole greeted us with smiles and offering my kids snacks. It’s a small business but don’t let that deter you! Emile truly cares about his customers. They gave us an amazing deal and we received the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
