I paid for an upgrade and was give a loaner car that had been wrecked. But ok. It is what it is. But I returned the car on June 1st 2026 and still haven't received my deposit back. When I called the woman was very rude and shouldn't be working with the public,especially who come and visit. I was told I would be contacted back and now it's been a week since that phone call. Definitely don't recommend renting from this buisness.
My family traveled to Nola for the first time. We are a family of 5 and needed a rental car, when we arrived at priceless rental, Emile and Nicole greeted us with smiles and offering my kids snacks. It’s a small business but don’t let that deter you! Emile truly cares about his customers. They gave us an amazing deal and we received the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
Emile and Nicole were the hero’s of our vacation in Nola! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They may be a small business but Emile truly loves his customers and cares deeply for people. Oh and we loved our car!
