This is not a Priceless Car Rental it is a Nifty Car Rental. I rented and returned a vehicle over three weeks ago and my $400 deposit has still not been returned. i went into the office and the ladies were super rude and couldn't explain why it takes so long to return a deposit. This business needs to be investigated for fraud. Not giving deposits back because you can't pay your bills is inexcusable. I can't believe this place is still open

My car had blood stains on the headliner and the a/c didn't work, window didn't roll down. Been 30 days and still haven't gotten my deposit back. This place is a joke

Best customer service hands down!! The entire team was lovely, and while Betsy (the car) was a little ugly on surface she and I became best friends. Handled like a champ! Thanks again guys for the most hospitable service and being a highlight of the trip.. quite comical!
