It’s a scam. Pay online and then pay online when you get here. Extra fees and insurance. Double the price of what is quoted and paid online. + huge deposit. Whole process will burn 40 min talking to a computer screen. Good luck ever catching a shuttle. Update: after 40min of waiting for a shuttle and calling them multiple times, I finally called and uber and hoping I make my flight.

TERRIBLE. Many hidden fees. $25 upcharge for toll roads. Car had slow leak in tire. Smelled like antifreeze. Virtual assistant, no in person CSR. If zero stars were available, I would choose that. $500 deposit, really? Stated I didn’t disclose any damage I found at time of pick up, I did! Feels pretty much like a scam! Do NOT recommend

I’m going to be honest, unlike a lot of the reviews here, my experience was excellent. I arrived, spoke with Luisa, my remote assistant, and she explained everything clearly: the insurance, whether to pay the deposit with debit or credit, how the process works, everything. I’m 100% satisfied. I understand it can be frustrating when people don’t realize there’s a deposit or toll charges, but you’re renting a vehicle for around $60 that would easily cost $150 at another company, obviously they have to make money somehow. Do not buy from this company they will rob your money and never answer the phone it’s a scam. They cared me $50 dollars for insurance verification and then when called they were very rude and told me to pay attention to my contact better smh. I will be contacting my bank.All of the positive reviews are bots.

BEWARE of this SCAM of a company! The price is 'CHEAP' for a reason!' I would give ZERO stars if possible. First, it's a 20+ minute shuttle from the IAH airport to an unattended building/car lot, there are 0 human employees just some phone booths with ipads and cameras. The 'virtual' employee was slow and rude. They required I share my private insurance card AND the coverages (which NO company EVER requires).
