I rented a car from York/Priceless in October 2025. I was charged two different times for tolls several months later, totaling an additional >$100. I inquired with their customer service, who suggested I reach out to the local company that manages tolls (One Pass Tolls). I did so, and the employee at One Pass confirmed that these charges are incorrect and has been attempting to reach out to York for over 2 months with no response. DO NOT USE!!! This rental company never answers their phone, shuttle never showed up, and to make matters worse, they were closed after using a different shuttle to get to this location. Still waiting on a full refund from Priceline, but please stay away from using this company!!
This guy is the worst, awful business owner who disrespects customers and treats everyone horrible. Just look at the texts I received from him they speak for themselves. No wonder they gave horrible reviews😂😂😂😂
Be prepared to pay for their insurance at $49-99 per day. We also had to be shuttled to their off site location from airport.
Shuttle never showed up at the airport and number is not in service. If I could leave a no star rating I would.
