Rented a car in Houston, got picked up very quickly and signed all the regular paper work with in minutes. No upsell or hidden fees. Retuning the car was just as easy as picking up, they even release the hold amount within seconds. I don’t understand the negative reviews, this place is just like any other car rental but without the wait times and higher prices. Will consider renting from this location in the future.
I had an excellent experience with Priceless. My flight was delayed, they still picked me up and honored my reservation. I was flustered and the guy at the counter was so helpful. He even upgraded me to a different vehicle. I definitely will rent from them again, and they are reasonably priced.
Staff is very accommodating. Car was clean & ready. Transaction very smooth.
I've rented twice within a year, awesome customer service and will be renting soon again!!
