DO NOT RENT FROM PRICELESS CAR RENTAL. This place is a scam. The car rental price is low and once you returned the car they take your deposit to pay for all the “additional fees”. Trust me when I say never again. You can’t understand most of the employees and the LAX office is a franchise so if you talk to a customer service representative the LAX office doesn’t have to abide by that. This place is horrible. This was by far the most stressful and disappointing rental experience I have ever had. I was never informed before payment that driving outside California and Nevada was not allowed — this information only appeared after everything was already paid for. When the vehicle was remotely disabled in Arizona, I tried for days to reach customer service, billing, and a supervisor, but no one ever responded to my calls or emails.
