This was by far the most stressful and disappointing rental experience I have ever had. I was never informed before payment that driving outside California and Nevada was not allowed — this information only appeared after everything was already paid for. When the vehicle was remotely disabled in Arizona, I tried for days to reach customer service, billing, and a supervisor, but no one ever responded to my calls or emails. Its a scam. They called us for extra insurance money when we were on our way to pickup the car, although when we booked the car online it stated that its full coverage.We have been waiting in the address they provided 6200 hollywood blvd. with no signs no cars nothing and we have been trying to call them for over an hour now with noone picking up.

Booked through expedia. Worst rental car experience I ever had. They originally sent me to the wrong address in the middle of Hollywood with no help since their phone number they provided didn't work. I had to Uber there and back. Then, they text me that the car I ALREADY PAID FOR isn't even available, but that they have a Mercedes I can use instead. They then wait hours to send me a text saying that the Mercedes requires a $1,000 deposit on top of what I already paid since I "wanted to be upgraded to the Mercedes", which I ... read more
