Never rent here. They never returned my $250 deposit, which was very sneaky. They gave me a bunch of excuses and never returned the money to my credit card. I did look at your email, so many times to tell me that you won't return my money.

Absolutely Unacceptable – Avoid at All Costs This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a rental service. I paid over $600 in advance and was clearly under the impression that everything was fully paid. However, upon picking up the car, I was suddenly told I needed to pay an additional $1,500 minimum just to be able to leave with the vehicle. I wizh i can put 0 stars for their Cancun location....Fraudulent company with even worse office guys...have only one car or so and those are in pretty garbage conditions with broken car seats and damaged conditions... this is same place as Rent-A-Wreck and few other names...

I have been renting with Priceless for two years straight. During my last rental, I was advised to contact the company directly instead of using the website to make the process easier. This month, I called to make a booking and messaged back and forth for three weeks to ensure my reservation was confirmed.
