SCAM. Good car BUT prepaid upon arrival like 20$/day. asking for 400USD$ more for «mandatory federal insurances» when I had personnal ones. No negociations. Stuck there because it’s 8-10mins from airport so you have no other choices. Would not recommand. Definitly not what you tought!
This place is a scam. Priceline should be ashamed by endorsing this place. I should have read the reviews before I rented from here. The rent was $109 and they forced us to take $500+ plus in Insurance. I told them our credit card has rental insurance, they still forced us to take coverage.
Worst experience of renting. Travel all over the world and this company is very bad for customer. Driver arrive at to pick up. Arrive in a non professional car to pick up at the airport. Drive you 25min away form the airport and finally arrive at this business to finally tell you that you need to pay an extra 340$ if I want to take the car. Verry horrible experience. Finally the employee came drop us back at the airport. we lost 3h! Don't rent there, I rent more than 100+ car over the world and this is my worst
Terrible experience had payed insurance online and they wanted me pay extra for new insurance defenetly don’t recommend renting a car here and buying insurance online since once u get to rental place they will say the insurance is not valid
This place is a SCAM. They do not have a kiosk at Cancun airport. Nobody waited for us, no signs, no directions. They didn't answer our calls and nobody picked us up. We ended up renting at a different car rental company. AVOID this place
