They wouldn't release the vehicle to bc my additional driver didn't have a credit card even tho the rental was under my name and credit card. When I asked them for a refund of the vehicle she told me to get ahold of Expedia which was no help at all, I am getting the refund for the vehicle but the receptionist was no help at all and really rude to us once I let her know my additional driver didn't have a credit card. SMH. Will deff not be going back to them.
