I called and rented a car and was helped by a guy named Jammie. He was fantastic and accommodating. A few weeks later, I needed a car again and talked to Carolyn. She said she would call me back and “usually need a week’s advanced notice”. I didn’t hear back so I called a day later and Carolyn told me she was “getting a lot of calls right now” and would need to call me back. I paid online and thought I'd just grab my rental. Surprise, there was a huge delay, and they wanted me to cancel and start over because of internet problems. This was the worst car rental experience ever - the staff was so unprofessional, there were endless delays, and it was a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend them or go back. I spent four hours just to get processed and another 45 minutes to get the car.
Rented a car over the phone. Was told someone would be here when I arrived. When I arrived at the airport the kiosk is empty. There is only one gate at the airport hard to believe they didn't know when my plane was arriving. If you want to be charged 1,000 dollars to rent a car for the week , just to be left stranded this is the place!
